The mission of our Water Division is to provide customers with a safe, potable water supply, consistent in amount and adequate in pressure. Our water is in compliance with state and federal regulations at the lowest cost necessary to maintain a viable water utility operation.

Late Penalties and Fees
- A late fee is accrued for payments not received by 4:30 p.m. on billing due dates. 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged as a late fee, with the minimum penalty being $12.
- Past-due, unpaid accounts will receive a notice of disconnection for their water service.
- Past-due, unpaid accounts that are delinquent 10 days or more will have the water service disconnected.
- If a service order has been issued or an account has been disconnected, account balances including reconnection fees MUST be paid in full at the Water Department Billing Office, prior to reconnection.
Members may choose to register for the automatic draft program (ACH). By signing up for this service, your water payment will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 15th day of each month. To obtain an online application, click here.
