The Bella Vista Property Owners Association welcomes inquiries from businesses, vendors, entertainers, musicians, and service providers interested in working with the POA. We are always looking to connect with qualified professionals who can enhance our amenities, events, and services.

Be sure to include your contact information and a brief description of the goods or services you provide. Examples include entertainers, musicians, Meet & Greet vendors, food vendors, contractors, maintenance services, fitness equipment suppliers, and other professional services.

Vendor Approval

All vendors, contractors, and performers must be approved by the Bella Vista POA before providing goods or services at any POA facility or event. Approval helps ensure that activities are appropriate for the venue, comply with POA policies, and are properly coordinated with staff.

Insurance Requirements

Insurance requirements vary depending on the type of vendor and event.

• Meet & Greet vendors and similar community event participants are required to receive POA approval but are not required to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance solely to participate in these events.
• Contractors, service providers, entertainers, and vendors providing goods or services at POA facilities or amenities may be required to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance or a Certificate of Non-Coverage in accordance with Arkansas law before work begins.

Please Note:

• Arkansas law requires Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) to provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance coverage.
• Submission of a Vendor Information Form or supporting documentation does not guarantee selection, approval, or future work with the Bella Vista POA.
• The Bella Vista POA does not distribute notifications of bid opportunities. Information regarding the procurement of goods and services is governed by POA Policies 8.09, 8.10, and 8.11.
