Water Fitness Classes at Kingsdale Pool

Adults of all fitness levels can get their splash on with our outdoor water fitness classes this summer at Kingsdale Outdoor Pool. Come with water shoes, a hat, sun block, water bottle and be ready to have fun while exercising in the water, which provides 15 times the resistance of exercising on land. Classes are held in shallow water so participants do not have to be a swimmer to attend.

Each class offers a variety of cardio, strengthening, flexibility, low to medium impact exercises, water noodles and weights. The Power H2O class is a higher intensity workout with extra power moves utilizing your body weight. All classes are set to music.

Individual classes can be purchased at Kingsdale Pool for $5 each, or new this year is the Kingsdale Pool All-Fitness Class 10-class punch card, which will be good for all water fitness classes at Kingsdale Outdoor Pool. The 10-class punch card is available at Bella Vista Recreation Center for $43.40. A 2019 outdoor pool pass, or daily pool entry fee is required to attend water fitness classes at Kingsdale Pool.
