Candidacy Platform/Why you are running:
Before serving on the Board in 2020, there were plans to open all amenities to the public, close golf courses, and increase user fees.
I was elected on the Members First Platform, the impetus for the successful 2020 Plan where assessments increased, user fees decreased, revenue flows mandated, and Policy formalized. We morphed into a hybrid POA with certain amenities (like golf and restaurants) open to members, our guests, and the public, while other amenities (like lakes and rec centers) became exclusive for members and our guests.
The value of being a member increased materially. Vast improvements were made to buildings and amenities. Our POA blossomed.
Today, gains are eroding. Members now pay more in assessments, but averaged user fees are back up to prices in 2019! Debt ballooned.
I am running again for Members: fiscal restraint, private property rights, transparency, Planning.
Thank you for your support and vote!
