Candidacy Platform:

Thank you for allowing me to serve you these past 3 years. I want to continue to work toward securing the future of Bella Vista’s amenities, paving the way for them to be better tomorrow than they are today.

My corporate career and ownership of a small business have provided me with the financial prowess to facilitate fiscal responsibility. Time served on the POA Board and Recreation JAC has equipped me with a knowledge base to ask the hard questions. I am committed to doing my homework, making fact-based decisions, and listening to you.

As demographics change, amenity use changes and should be evaluated on a continual basis. I believe in transparency to the members, working toward a “we” mentality vs “us” and “them”. I believe all property owners must be respected and have a voice and I would be honored if you re-elected me to continue to represent you
