To utilize any of the Property Owners Association's seven lakes, one must be a Bella Vista Village property owner, or the guest of a member. Additionally, members must have a current POA-issued photo identification card or present a paper membership card and pay the guest lake use fee, and guests must have a current guest card and pay the lake use fee, unless accompanied by a member with a current POA-issued photo identification card.
The Loch Lomond Marina, 103 Marina Drive, offers daily boat slips, gas and bait sales, pontoon, kayak and fishing boat rentals, guide service and information about what's biting and where on Bella Vista Village's lakes. The marina is open from 7am to 8pm daily, beginning June 1. For more information, call 855-8182.
