The Bella Vista Village POA Water Utility will be replacing 1400 feet of 12 inch water main along Lambeth Road between Congleton Lane and Congleton Circle starting in the beginning of June 2016 and ending in approximately late July 2016. The purpose of this project is to replace an old 12 inch water main that has caused multiple service interruptions in 2015 and 2016. Travelers along Lambeth Road can expect a one lane road while water utility crews are on site replacing this water main. Signs and flaggers will be utilized to help travelers navigate through this area.
During this project, it will be necessary for water utility crews to cut and cross Lambeth Road with the new water main. During this portion of the project, Lambeth Road will be closed between Congleton Lane and Congleton Circle for approximately 48 hours. Travelers can detour around Congleton Lane and Congleton Circle. Detour signs and barricades will be utilized to help travelers navigate this detour. An additional press release will be published to notify residents once this portion of the project has been scheduled.
All residents will be notified in advanced of any planned water services interruptions due to this project. All dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather and any unforeseen circumstances. Please contact Bella Vista Village POA Water Utility staff for any questions.
