Tom Judson

Chief Executive Officer

Tom Judson joined the Bella Vista Property Owners Association in January 2016 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in community association, resort, and golf course management.

Originally from California, Tom attended high school in Pasadena before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of San Diego. He later earned his Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, specializing in Finance.

Tom holds several professional credentials in community association management, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Large-Scale Manager (LSM), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). He is a longtime member of the Community Associations Institute and the Club Management Association of America.

Throughout his career, Tom has been active in the community association and hospitality industries and has contributed articles to professional publications on topics including leadership, transparency, member engagement and community management.

Tom is also actively involved in the Bella Vista community and has served as a commissioner with the Bella Vista Advertising & Promotions Commission, helping support tourism and promotion of the community.
