Tammie Loyd, SHRM-SCP
Director of Human Resources
Tammie Loyd serves as Director of Human Resources for the Bella Vista Property Owners Association and brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, training, and organizational support. During her tenure with the POA, she has held several leadership and administrative roles, including serving as Corporate Secretary.
A Southwest Missouri native, Tammie earned her degree in Communications from Arkansas State University and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
Tammie has owned property in Bella Vista since 1998 and has a longstanding connection to the community. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, golfing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
