Shelly Patterson
Director of ACC and Member Resources
Shelly Patterson serves as Director of ACC and Member Resources for the Bella Vista Property Owners Association. She joined the POA in December 2009 and has held several roles during her tenure, including Water Billing Manager. In 2022, she became Member Resources Manager when the Water Billing and Member Services teams were combined.
In her current role, Shelly provides leadership and oversight for Member Resources and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), helping support POA members and property owners while ensuring efficient delivery of services across both areas.
A Texas native, Shelly has lived in Arkansas since 1999 and has called Bella Vista home since 2005. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, going to the movies and spending time with her two miniature schnauzers.
This scenic park features 64 RV spaces, primitive camping, picnic areas, restrooms, a shower facility with a laundry area, wireless internet service, and access to the Blowing Springs Trails, Gear Garden, and The Back 40 Trail.
