Shelly Patterson
Member Resources Manager
Shelly Patterson joined the POA staff in December 2009. She was the previous Water Billing manager and became the Member Resources manager when the Water Billing and Member Services teams combined in 2022. She is a Texas native but has lived in Arkansas since 1999 and in Bella Vista since 2005. She enjoys thrifting, going to the movies, and spending time with her 2 mini schnauzers in her free time.
