Mike Taggart serves as Director of Maintenance and Construction for the Bella Vista Property Owners Association. With 42 years of service to the POA, Mike brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of Bella Vistaโs facilities, infrastructure, and operations to his role.
As Director of Maintenance and Construction, Mike provides leadership and oversight for maintenance and construction activities throughout the community, helping ensure POA facilities and infrastructure are maintained and improved to support the needs of members, guests and staff.
A longtime resident of the Bella Vista area, Mikeโs decades of service and knowledge of the community provide valuable experience as the POA continues to maintain and enhance its facilities and amenities.
This scenic park features 64 RV spaces, primitive camping, picnic areas, restrooms, a shower facility with a laundry area, wireless internet service, and access to the Blowing Springs Trails, Gear Garden, and The Back 40 Trail.
