Brandon Rascoe
Director of Food & Beverage
Brandon Rascoe joins the Bella Vista Property Owners Association as Food & Beverage Director, bringing extensive culinary and operational leadership experience.
Originally from Jay, Oklahoma, Rascoe trained in Austin through the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program. He went on to own Lebowskiโs Grill in Austin from 2007โ2018 before returning to Oklahoma, where he served as Chef, Kitchen Manager, partial owner, and Executive Chef at Blind Swine Restaurant in Afton, overseeing two lakefront locations.
Most recently, Rascoe led the kitchen at Arrowhead & Cherokee Yacht Club, earning a promotion to Food & Beverage Director in 2023. Drawn by family and community, he enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to relocate to Bella Vista. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, golfing, exploring Bella Vistaโs trails, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
This scenic park features 64 RV spaces, primitive camping, picnic areas, restrooms, a shower facility with a laundry area, wireless internet service, and access to the Blowing Springs Trails, Gear Garden, and The Back 40 Trail.
