Important Notice: Discontinuation of POA Stump Dump Services

The Board of Directors has determined that it is no longer feasible for the POA to operate a stump dump. Permitting a new site would require several years and involve significant financial investment. Due to these challenges, the POA will no longer be able to provide this service to our Members.

Alternative Debris Removal Options

For Members needing to remove yard debris, the following alternatives are available:

• On-Site Burning:
  The City of Bella Vista permits on-site burning. Prior to burning, you must contact the Bella Vista Fire Department at (479) 855-3771. Burning may be restricted during high fire risk periods.

• Yard Waste Bins (Republic Waste Management):
  Republic offers yard waste bin services for a fee. For more information, call 800-431-1507.

• Benton County Solid Waste District:
  Offers additional resources for yard waste disposal. Visit www.bentoncountyrecycles.org or call 479-795-0751.

• Eco Vista Landfill:
  Location: 18633 Stutts Road, Springdale, AR

Reporting Illegal Dumping

Residents are encouraged to report any illegal dumping of debris to the Bella Vista Police Department at their non-emergency number: (479) 855-3771.
