The Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association would like residents to know, the “Notice of Change in Assessment ACH Payment Date” letter included in this month’s water bill contained an error.
The letter was meant to address residents that have authorized the Association to automatically debit their bank account for assessment payments, as the date for payment withdrawal is changing at the first of the year.
Due to a processing error, the letter went out to all residents.
Residents who have not signed up for Automatic Bank Draft Authorization (ACH) assessment payments, are not affected.
Unless a resident has authorized the Association to automatically debit their account for assessment payments, they are not signed up for ACH payments, will not be affected, and should ignore the letter.
Residents who have authorized the Association to automatically debit their bank accounts for assessment payments will be affected by the change, beginning January 2016.
