In conjunction with Arkansas’ upcoming Winter Weather Awareness Week, the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association is helping property owners better prepare for inclement weather. When winter weather brings dangerous road conditions that require the association’s business offices to close, the staff will make every effort to update the association’s website – www.bellavistapoa.com – and contact the following television stations:
- KHOG – 40/29
- KNWA/FOX 24
In the event that the association is closed due to inclement weather, scheduled board and committee meetings will be canceled. If the weather warrants cancellation of an association meeting, the staff will make every effort to post the cancellation on the association’s website – www.bellavistapoa.com – and notify local media outlets.
As always, residents are encouraged not to drive during inclement weather, unless absolutely necessary. During inclement weather, residents may call (479) 855-8201 to obtain Bella Vista’s latest road conditions.
The City of Bella Vista operates the Street Department, which will be responsible for clearing roads should the community receive snow or ice.
The city is compiling a new list of residents who require priority snow removal this winter due to medical needs of chemotherapy, dialysis, radiation or home hospice care.
All residents seeking such assistance must complete a new request form each year. The form is available on the city’s website – www.CityofBellaVista.com – or at the city administration office, 101 Town Center, Bella Vista. Forms may be downloaded, filled out and dropped off at the city administration office or e-mailed to email@example.com. For more information, call (479) 876-1255.
