• The POA will no longer issue printed guest cards. A guest pass will be emailed or texted to your guest. Your guest can print or present it on their phone at our many recreational locations.
  • If you have any problems receiving your guest pass or would like a guest pass sooner, please visit our Member Resources offices Monday through Friday at 51 Huntley Ln, Bella Vista, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or 3 E Euston Rd, Bella Vista from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Guest passes are only available to members in good standing.
  • It is not required to have a Guest Pass for children six and under.
  • Please allow two business days for Member Resources to process your request.  Your guest will receive the emailed or texted guest pass, and you will receive a confirmation email.
