Summer is nearing an end, children are returning to school, cooler weather will soon be upon us, and it’s time to think about becoming involved in a returning or new fitness class indoors at one or all of the POA recreation centers in Bella Vista.

Zumba class will be returning to Metfield Clubhouse and Riordan Hall after a summer hiatus. Zumba instructor, Angela Hopkins will be leading a high energy and motivating music exercise class with unique moves and combinations that allow Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be ‘FUN AND EASY TO DO’. Zumba is not only good for the body, but is great for the mind, as well. It is a ‘feel happy’ workout. Zumba is very infectious and is definitely the latest, most exciting fitness sensation. A fun way to workout and become a healthier you – you’ll love the results and the time spent.Angela’s Zumba class will meet on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am at Metfield Clubhouse beginning September 1, and at 6:30pm Wednesday evenings at Riordan Hall beginning September 2. Be sure to bring your family and friends to be a part of the Zumba Fitness party. Angela is offering your 1st class free of charge!

Unique to Angela’s Zumba class is that your class punch card can be used at either Metfield Clubhouse or Riordan Hall. Alison leads her class with Zumba moves designed to remain low-impact; class participants can move to the beat and enjoy the workout at a rate they feel comfortable with.
