Power Yoga Class is offered at Metfield Clubhouse on Saturday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. This 50 minute class will allow you to get in, get out, and get on with your Saturday—energized and ready to seize the day.
This fun, faster moving (Power Vinyasa Flow) yoga workout is designed to get your body moving, heart pumping and blood flowing. With a warm up and cool down, the class emphasizes the mind-body connection for improved physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Attention will be placed on improved breathing, circulation and energy which encourages your body’s ability to burn calories, which, combined with proper nutrition, may enhance weight loss. Fitness instructor Lucy Quarti will lead this class. Classes are only $3 each or $25 for a 10 class punch card.
