Looking for a high energy, highly intense, interval style workout that challenges the status quo your body knows?

Personal Trainer & fitness expert, Carrie Hatfield’s new Fit Blast class may be just what you are looking for in a workout. Carrie utilizes techniques like cardio blasts, muscle confusion, sports inspired drills and functional bodyweight training to assure that you’ll gain a new level of fitness and achievement. Classes are just $3 each or $25 for a 10 class punch card (Additional $2.25 without BV POA photo ID) and meet: Monday mornings at Riordan Hall from 6-6:30 a.m. (express class), Tuesday evenings at Metfield Clubhouse from 6 – 6:45 p.m. and Thursday evenings at Riordan Hall from 6 – 6:45 p.m.
