Where: Bella Vista Country Club

When: Friday, June 22, 2018

Format: Two-Person Scramble. Both team members will hit their designated tee on each hole. The team will select the preferred tee shot with both members playing from this position for their second shot. This procedure will continue until the ball is holed out.

Mulligans: $5 each, 1 per player. Cash or check only, please.

Tees: Men: White Tees – 74 or younger; Red Tees – 75+

Women: Red Tees – 74 or younger; Gold Tees – 75+

Registration deadline is at 5 pm on Tuesday, June 19th. After this date add a $10 late fee to your registration.
