Bella Vista Open

Highlights: BV Open will be played the first Saturday of each month with various formats, beer & food specials, monthly drawings, season ending cookout, league handicaps and traveling trophy.

Who: Open to men and women Members and Non-Members with USGA index.

When: 9 a.m. Shotgun Start

April’s Format: Individual Modified Stableford. Each player will play his/her own ball until holed. Individual point quota is determined by subtracting your course handicap from 36. For example, if your handicap is 21, your point quota is 15. Points are awarded on each hole as follows: Double Eagle = 5; Eagle = 4; Birdie = 3; Par = 2; Bogey = 1; Double Bogey+ = 0.

* Players without USGA index will be capped +3/-3 for these events.

Flights: Players will be pre-flighted within each Division by USGA adjusted course handicap before the round. Divisions may be combined based on size of field.

Open Division: 59 and under
Tees: Men: Blue Women: Red

Senior Division: 60-74 years of age
Tees: Men: White Women: Red

Legends Division: 75+ years of age
Tees: Men: Red Women: Gold

Mulligan: $5 each – one per player max. (all mulligan money goes to prizes.)

Prizes: Gift Certificates will be awarded in both Men’s and Women’s Divisions.

Entry Fee: $10 of entry fee goes to prizes
