The Board Work Session will be open to our Members with the following strict criteria set forth by Directives from the Arkansas Department of Health:

• The Boardroom will be open to Board Members and supporting staff.
• All Board Members and Staff attending the meeting must wear masks.
• All Board Members and Staff will be sitting 6-feet away from each other.
• Due to the spacing of chairs in the Boardroom, the Welcome Center will be open to Members who would like to attend. Chairs will be provided and spaced 6-feet apart.
• The Board Meeting will be broadcast live on a TV in the Welcome Center.
• During the Open Forum Section, Members will be allowed into the Boardroom, with masks on, to make their comments within the 3-minute timeframe. Once their time limit is up, they will exit the Boardroom and allow the next Member on the list to enter.
