A dependent is a member of the property ownerโ€™s household, with the same legal address as the property owner, and who falls into one of the following categories: 

โ€ข Dependent is single, and 18 years or younger
โ€ข Dependent is single, a full-time student โ€“ not more than 23 years of age

Dependents who are full-time students and 19-23 years of age (i.e. college students) will be required to provide a copy of their most recent college class schedule to qualify them as a dependent for membership. (Upload Supporting Documents Below)

It is necessary to request dependent cards each year, and documentation of dependency is also required.

Guests may accompany a property owner in good standing with a valid membership card, or their dependent. Guest cards cannot be issued from a dependent member.

Upon verification of dependent status, dependent cards are issued free of charge to eligible dependents(Up to 5 dependent activity cards), provided two (2) Activity Cards have already been purchased from the property ownerโ€™s household.
