Please note: We do not currently accept permit applications online or by email. All completed applications must be submitted either in person at the Bella Vista ACC office or by mail.
New Construction Forms
This application applies to new residential and commercial construction projects. It includes the Application Checklist, Indemnity Agreement, Color Sheet, and required acknowledgments. The Application contains all needed forms.

New Construction Extension Application
Use this form when an active residential or commercial construction permit is nearing expiration and additional time is needed. An approved extension provides an additional 90 days.
Changes to an Approved Permit
Use this form to request approval for changes or modifications to an active construction permit.
Misc. Improvement Forms
Any improvement that changes or maintains the exterior appearance of your home or property requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before work begins. The Application contains all needed forms.

Use this form if your Miscellaneous Improvements Permit is nearing expiration and you need additional time to complete your project. An approved extension provides an additional 90 days.

Bella Vista Dock Policy
The purpose of this policy is to define the rights, responsibilities, and authority of adjacent property owners, the ACC, the Bella Vista Property Owners Association, the City of Bella Vista, and the Bella Vista Townhouse Association regarding Common Property, including shorelines and lakebeds.
