Clem Morgan, Recreation Manager of the Bella Vista POA, is proud to announce and welcome Pat Hennessy, of Rogers, AR, as the Community’s Director of Tennis.  Pat comes to us with 31 years as an Elite Teaching Professional certified by the U.S. Professional Tennis Association.  He is the former General Manager of Pinnacle Country Club (2006-2015) and was also the Tennis Director (1991-2005).  Mr. Hennessy definitely has one of the best reputations as a ‘complete’ tennis professional in both our state as well as the south. His many awards include: Pro of the Year, Manager of the Year, Facility of the Year and more.

Pats teaching abilities have helped create many top junior players in our state and his coaching skills have produced many adult USTA league teams that finished top at state championships and finalists at the regional championships.  Pat’s love of teaching the game begins with the pure beginner and his former playing career provides the best expertise for the top players in the game.

One of the top junior players in Florida growing up, Pat then went to Flagler College on a tennis scholarship and finished his professional playing career on the Satellite Circuit.  His skill set is best described as ‘one of the best strategist in the game.’  As tough a player as he is, he also enjoys the fun and exercise that the game provides.

“Fun and entertainment are two of my main goals as the Director of Tennis at Bella Vista Tennis Center [said Pat].  I want to provide a tennis program that encompasses all levels of play.  I’m happy to have two of my former students, Alicia Rodgers and Andrew Todd, to work with in building what I believe will become one of the best complete tennis programs in Northwest Arkansas.”
