Bella Vista is located in Northwest Arkansas and is home to seven golf courses, seven lakes, miles upon miles of paved and mountain biking trails, as well as four restaurants and a beer garden aptly named the Gear Garden due to its connection to the trail system. Bella Vista is a vibrant 36,000-acre community where natural beauty meets endless opportunity for adventure and relaxation.
Spend the day by the pool, gather with friends at a park pavilion, or recharge at one of our welcoming recreation centers. We are also home to LakePoint Restaurant and Event Center, where you can have lunch with a view of a lake (one of the things you may not find elsewhere in Northwest Arkansas).

I’ve lived here for 22 years and really like the scenery…wooded hills and valleys. Plenty of conveniences…grocery stores, hardware store, drug stores, fitness centers, medical facilities, lots of lakes and golf courses, a terrific historical museum, informative weekly newspaper and more. So many organizations and activities, you can’t be bored here!

Ideal Living Is Alive and Well in Bella Vista Arkansas
Nestled in the foothills of the Ozarks,ย Bella Vistaย is a wonderful little city, full of terrific people, lakes, golf courses and surrounded by Nature and yet itโs very affordable to live here! Weโve been so fortunate to have been living here for the last 14 years and, though I could fill this page with all the things that are great about Bella Vista, but I better not. You might want to move here and Iโd rather keep this little gem exactly as it is. Is that selfish of me do you think? Well, regardless, forget you read any of this!

Bella Vista is a beautiful place to call home and we are so very happy here. My husband and I hope to reap all the benefits that Bella Vista has this summer. I must say that the children’s parks look like so much fun, and I cannot wait to take my grandkids there. The trails and fishing spots will definitely be my Go-To for getting some steps in and relaxing all at the same time. Thank you for making this place so special!

Bella Vistaย Arkansas is a beautiful place to live. The lakes, trails, golf courses and swimming and rec centers make it feel like you are on vacation at a resort everyday. There is always something interesting to do here, whether you want to socialize with friends, hike, kayak or enjoy concerts and art. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its easy to make new friends here because most people have moved here to retire, or for a new job. With over 30 churches to choose from, spiritual needs can be met for all faiths. There are many clubs and social activities in the community to become involved. The beauty of nature is everywhere around with every home nestled in the trees, looking out over a lake or golfcourse, or high above the tree tops. Four seasons have something new for nature lovers, with many beautiful flowering trees and shrubs and fall foliage.

Driving into Bella Vista, one experiences a sense of peacefulness and adventure. The many hiking and biking trails beckon those who crave nature and fresh air. A warm welcome awaits members and guests who participate in the many fitness activities available at the Bella Vista recreation centers. The pop of pickleballs bouncing off paddles or frisbees clinking on nets invites curious passersby on the walking trail to come join in the fun at Branchwood. Kingsdale Tennis Center, with its many courts, is often bustling with both social and league players. Our golfing community has access to a variety of courses, surrounded by lush green foliage and water features. The hills and valleys provide spectacular views year-round. Come see!

Great place to live!
Bella Vistaย is a great place to live. Between the City government and the POA, the area is well maintained. The amenities, such as the golf courses, the tennis facilities and lakes, are well maintained and controlled. For retired age people, there are always a lot of activities happening and for young families, the area is a safe place to raise children. The addition of hiking and biking trails has brought a lot of attention to the area and high approvals from several mountain biking magazines. Cost of living is relatively low versus the rest of the country and the natural beauty surrounding Bella Vista is hard to beat. I have lived in the area for over 35 years and have never wanted to move elsewhere.

This is a great place to live!
We moved to Bella Vista in October 2023 last year and we absolutely love living in this area. We have a beautiful backyard where deer often visit and we’ve met some truly wonderful neighbors as well!ย From riding our bikes, to working out at the recreation facilities, to playing golf, and soon we will be trying out the swimming pools.
