Bella Vista's annual Independence Day fireworks display is planned for Tuesday, July 3, at the Loch Lomond Dam.

The fireworks, which are sponsored by the City of Bella Vista, will begin at dusk, or shortly after 9 p.m.

In conjunction with the American Junior Golf Association's KPMG Stacy Lewis Open, the City of Bella Vista will sponsor a tournament cookout from 4 to 7 p.m. July 3 at the Highlands Clubhouse, 1 Pamona Drive. Free food and refreshments will be served to players, tournament volunteers and veterans.

Residents are invited to attend the cookout and mingle with golfers before snagging a seat for the fireworks show.

The AJGA's KPMG Stacy Lewis Junior Open will take place July 1-5 on Bella Vista Village's Highlands Golf Course. Residents are invited to watch the nation's best junior golfers play.
