RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Bella Vista Property Owners Association owns and operates each of the seven golf facilities located within Bella Vista Village. To better understand our operations, we provide this material for your convenience.

POA MEMBERS
Members are required to carry a Photo ID Card in order to obtain member fees at all Bella Vista facilities. Cards may be obtained through the mail or in person at the POA's Membership Services Department, 101 Town Center. The department is open between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For members that are in the village while the Membership Services Department is closed, temporary cards are available at all golf shops, Branchwood Recreation Center, Riordan Hall, and the Bella Vista Country Club. Fees for photo ID cards are as follows:

• Photo ID Card (Annual) - Age 19+ - 1st Lot-Member - $35
• Photo ID Card (Annual) - Age 19+ - 2nd Lot-Member or Dependent - $35
• All other Photo ID Cards (after 1st two purchased) - Free
• Temporary ID Card (30 Days) - Age 19 and Over - $9
• Replacement Cards - ALL Categories, including paper cards - $6

Your tee time access number appears as your Member number on your POA paper membership card. If your tee time access number does not allow you to make a tee time, please call (479) 855-5079 or any golf shop for assistance.
Members may begin to make tee times seven days in advance of play at 7 p.m. For example: a member seeking a Saturday tee time may start calling at 7 p.m. Saturday. Tee times remain available until 12 midnight the day of play. Same day tee times are not available through the reservation system. Same day tee times are available by calling the golf shop of choice direct.


COURSE GUEST
In order to use a Bella Vista facility a guest must either be accompanied by a member or have a valid guest card. All Bella Vista golf and recreation facilities are available to our sanctioned guests with payment of the appropriate use fee. Guests must have obtained a tee time access number from the Golf Division office (479) 855-5079, their rental agent, or any Bella Vista golf shop prior to their use of the system.

Guests may obtain a tee time three days in advance of play beginning at 7 a.m. For example: a guest seeking a Saturday tee time may begin calling the reservation system at 7 a.m. on Wednesday. Tee times remain available until 12 midnight the day of play. Same day tee times are not available through the reservation system. Same day tee times are available by calling the golf shop of choice direct.


GOLF RULES
Golfers are allowed one reservation per day (the reservation may be for one or consecutive tee times).

• All golfers must have a current PHOTO ID card, a current guest card, a current membership card and a form of photo ID, or a sponsoring member.
• All golfers will report to the golf shop desk at least 15 minutes before their tee time and pay the appropriate fee before beginning play.
• Children 12 and under must have golf equipment, pay the required fee, and be accompanied by a fees-paid adult to play.
• One non-playing person may accompany each fees-paid adult golfer.
• Children under six years of age are not permitted on the golf course.
• Power carts may only be rented and/or operated by individuals 16 years of age or older. Individuals misusing or damaging POA property will be required to pay for any damages.
• Golfers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner considered appropriate to a family environment.
• All power carts must adhere to two riders only at all times.
• Groups must maintain their position on the golf course. Groups falling behind by 1 1/2 holes will be directed to immediately advance to their correct position on the course.
• Each golfer is expected to wear attire which is considered appropriate to the golfing atmosphere. Shirts/tops must have collars or sleeves. Shirts must be worn at all times. No swimwear, gym or jogging shorts, or cut-offs are allowed.
• Metal spikes are prohibited on all Bella Vista golf courses. Unsuitable footwear that may cause damage to the course is prohibited.
• Fivesomes are permitted on all courses after 11 a.m., however; reserve your tee time for a foursome. Fivesomes must maintain their position on the course.
