To publicize a community event on the association’s Web site or
in one of its publications, please submit information to
info@bellavistapoa.com.
All news releases should include:
• The time, day and date of the event.
• The name of the event and a brief description.
• The location of the event.
• The name of the group(s) sponsoring the event.
• The cost of the event, and, if required, when and where
tickets can be purchased.
• A contact name and telephone number where people can receive
more information.
Deadlines:
The Village Voice is a bi-monthly magazine sent to more
than 27,000 property owners all around the country. The
publication is published in February, April, June, August,
October and December of each year. The deadline to submit items
to The Village Voice is:
• Feb. 16 for the April 2010 issue.
• April 27 for the June 2010 issue.
• June 29 for the August 2010 issue.
• Aug. 24 for the October 2010 issue.
• Oct. 19 for the December 2010 issue.
Items should be submitted to The Village Voice Editor Sally
Carroll, at ds.carroll@cox.net.
All submitted items should include a contact name and telephone
number.
Insights, a six-page newsletter received by more than
12,500 Bella Vista residents, is mailed with the association’s
monthly water bill. The deadline to submit items to Insights is
15th day of each month. (For example, items published in the
January issue are due Dec. 15). Submitted items should sent by
e-mail to
info@bellavistapoa.com. Items also may be mailed to the
Bella Vista Village POA, Attn: Communications Department, 98
Clubhouse Drive, Bella Vista, AR, 72715.
Foresight, an electronic newsletter e-mailed weekly. Items to be listed in the
newsletter’s calendar of events must be submitted to the
association’s Communication’s Department by 5 p.m. on the Monday
prior to the Friday that the newsletter is published. Submitted
items should sent by e-mail to
info@bellavistapoa.com.
Items also may be mailed to the Bella Vista Village POA, Attn:
