mile west from Town Center and U.S. 71.
Take Arkansas 340 west
to Cooper Road.

Know Your POA
Looking for ways to stay in touch and be "in the know"?
The Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association offers 13
ways to stay on top of Bella Vista news and events. They are:
1) Public Meetings. The dates and locations for all Bella Vista
Village POA Board and joint advisory committee meetings are
available on the POA’s Web site
2) The Village Voice.
A nearly 50-page magazine mailed every
other month to more than 38,000 property owners as part of their
membership privileges.
3) Insights. A six-page newsletter mailed monthly to more than
12,000 Bella Vista residents. The newsletter is available to
nonresident property owners for $8 a year. Send a check to the
BVVPOA, Attn: Communications Department, 98 Clubhouse Drive,
Bella Vista, AR, 72715. Please be sure to include a current
address.
4) Foresight. An electronic newsletter e-mailed weekly.
Sent each Friday morning, the newsletter is free, upon request,
to residents and nonresidents.
5) Golf Update E-mail.
A free, weekly golf update sent
electronically each Friday to residents and nonresidents, upon
request.
6) The POA’s Web site. The Association’s Web site provides the latest village information and answers frequently
asked questions. The Web site offers a search engine that allows
visitors to find topics of interest.
7) "Know Your POA."
The monthly program, which
airs at least four times each month on Bella Vista Community
Television Channel 16, offers information about the Association.
8) "POA Board Meeting." The association’s monthly Board meetings
will appear at least four times a month on Bella Vista Community
Television Channel 16.
9) Bella Vista Library. The library offers the POA's monthly
meeting minutes, general manager reports and treasurer's reports
for public copying and viewing.
10) Bulletin boards.
Bulletin boards, offering brochures and
handouts, are located at POA facilities throughout the village.
11) Local media. One weekly and three daily newspapers; numerous
northwest Arkansas radio stations; four northwest Arkansas TV
channels; several independent websites.
12) POA’s Membership Services Department.
The department is
located at 101 Town Center, immediately west of U.S. 71 on
Arkansas 340/Lancashire Boulevard.
13) POA’s Communications Department.
