I welcome you as a member of the Bella Vista Village Property
Owners Association (POA).
Bella Vista Village is a private, member-based community of
approximately 38,400 resident and nonresident property owners.
The village lies within Bella Vista, an incorporated city of
more than 25,000 residents.
You will be a property owner in a private resort/recreational
community with 37,000 acres covering 50 square miles that also
includes the amenities of the Village (eight golf course, seven
lakes, five clubhouses and dining facilities, tennis courts,
swimming pools and more.) Some municipal services, including
street maintenance and solid waste management, are provided
through the POA, but will eventually be transitioned to the City
of Bella Vista.
The POA’s Membership Services Department is located at 101 Town
Center, just off U.S. 71 on Arkansas 340/Lancashire Boulevard
(next to the Bella Vista Fire Department). The facility is open
from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays).
The association’s policies are established by the Board of
Directors, a nine-member group elected by POA members. The Board
holds monthly meetings, which are open to the public. The
Board’s policies and the day-to-day activities of Bella Vista
Village are carried out by the President/General Manager and a
staff of approximately 300 full-time and part-time employees.
As a property owner, you will receive The Village Voice, a
bi-monthly publication that will help you stay informed about
events in Bella Vista Village and the activities within the POA.
Property owners may also obtain up-to-date information about POA
events and news by visiting its Web site – www.bellavistapoa.com.

Association, please e-mail info@bellavistapoa.com or call (479)
