The Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association is offering lot auctions in response to requests made by area residents wishing to purchase a lot in Bella Vista Village. There are two types of lots available, unimproved lots and membership lots. Unimproved lots are located throughout the village, and may or may not be suitable to build upon, depending on the topography of the lot. Membership lots are located in the Bella Vista Original Subdivision (Old Bella Vista) and cannot be built upon. Both types of lots may be used by people who wish to own a piece of property within Bella Vista Village for the purpose of gaining membership privileges. Upon purchase, the buyer is subject to the Declaration and Protective Covenants and other governing Bella Vista Village POA documents. Each lot is subject to property association assessments, currently in the amount of $16.00 per month. As long as the property assessments are kept current, the owner of the lot is entitled to membership privileges and has access to all of the amenities Bella Vista Village has to offer. POA amenities include: 126 holes of golf spread among 8 golf courses; a golf range/practice center; 7 private lakes; swimming pools; tennis, racquetball & basketball courts; miniature golf, playgrounds, horseshoes, and boat docks; walking trails; a gun range; an RV park; and fitness and recreation centers. A description of the offered lot is provided below. It is the responsibility of the bidder to know which type of lot he/she is bidding on, and to inspect the property before bidding, if desired.

All lots purchased via Bella Vista Village POA online auction will have taxes paid through 2011 beginning May 1, 2012. Lots purchased before May 1, 2012 will have taxes paid through 2010. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. As the tax bills for the previous year are not mailed until April of the current year it is very difficult to track taxes on previously sold lots. The Bella Vista Village POA compensates buyers for this potential issue by offering lots well below market value.
