Located on Bella Vista’s east side, the newly renovated clubhouse is ideal location for fitness classes or to host your next event or meeting.
The Metfield Park was built in 1980 by Cooper Communities Inc. to provide recreation for members of all ages. The park’s main attractions is a 23-meter outdoor multi-use swimming pool.

The park has two pavilions to accommodate groups up to 150 guests. Additional amenities include playground equipment, a basketball court, shuffleboard, two tennis courts, three pickleball courts, and an 18-hole miniature golf course with several obstacles.
One room (Dogwood Room) is available for rent to small groups, parties, etc.

Annual and monthly passes purchased at Riordan Hall and Branchwood Recreation Center will be honored at the Metfield Fitness Center, as well.
For members who wish to use rooms for activities such as card playing, there will be a $2.25 daily use fee charged for each member without a POA-issued photo identification card.
Members who have a POA-issued photo identification card will not be charged a daily use fee.

Silver Sneakers Classic – instructor will lead the class through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support. This class is free to SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit members, no POA member card is required for SilverSneakers/Silver & Fit members. Non-SilverSneakers/Silver & Fit members will pay $4.00 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30, plus $2.25 facility use fee in the event class attendee is a POA member who does not have a current POA issued photo ID. Guests and non-POA members are also charged $2.25 facility use fee each day in addition to the class fee.
Indoor Cycling Class – instructor led, challenging class that will push you to new fitness heights. This cycling class will take you there – it’s an interval class based on cycling drills and set to energetic music. The class will also incorporate some strength intervals using the new TRX system. Each class can accommodate 10 participants (first-come, first-served) and pre-registration for each class is suggested by calling the Metfield Clubhouse at (479) 855- 8165. Fees are $4 per drop-in class or you may purchase a 10-class Universal Fitness Punch Card for $30. If you do not have a POA Photo ID card, you will also pay a $2.25 facility use fee per class.
Fit Blast – High intensity, interval style workout, challenging the status quo your body knows-with techniques like cardio blasts, muscle confusion, sports inspired drills and functional bodyweight. $4.00 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30; if you do not have a POA issued photo ID an additional $2.25 fee is charged for facility use per visit.
Power Yoga – This fun, faster moving (Power Vinyasa Flow) yoga workout is designed to get your body moving, heart pumping and blood flowing. The class emphasizes the mind-body connection for improved physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Get in, get out, and get on with your Saturday morning—energized and ready to seize the day. $4.00 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30; if you do not have a POA issued photo ID an additional $2.25 fee is charged for facility use per visit.
Total Body Workout – Participants in this class can expect a total body workout that will build strength from the inside out. Exercises will be a mixture of pilates, weights, core building, stretching and balancing work. This fitness class will be a bit challenging at first, but students will adapt quickly. The Instructor will assure that everyone has a good time and a beneficial workout. $4.00 per class or purchase a 10-class punch card for $30; if you do not have a POA issued photo ID an additional $2.25 fee is charged for facility use per visit.
Fitness 101 – Taught by Lucy Quarti – Classes are scheduled on an as needed basis. – Class covers use of all the equipment in the gym; check at the front desk for the class schedule.
